Responsibilities included porting pre-existing driver code from OSX to Linux and Windows, writing and modifying malware so that it is lighter weight and therefore less detectable, designing and implementing a thorough test plan to prove effectiveness of the project under various kinds of stresses. ### Intern @ New York Life Insurance Company Jan 2008 – Jan 2008 | Sleepy Hollow, NY Work on testing the NB21 project with a team of 20. NB21 is a web-based application used for data input and management. NB21 is also provides facilities for preliminary processing. Primary responsibilities included deriving test cases to ensure that all data correctly interacts with the back-end server, where testing involved input and verification of test cases through multi-day phases. Attended internship career preparation seminars and completed a guided project in a team of eight. Each team was tasked with deriving a business plan for achieving a particular goal. This work required research, team work, and time management.
