NextStep is an early start-up aiming to create a personalized approach to your career path.

I had the opportunity to work with a UX/UI Designer to create NextStep's web application. During this project I was able to process user data using CSV's. With our recent Beta launch, I worked on creating an algorithm that will help connect user's with the best possible career coach.

I moved to a consulting position when I entered a new position at Beam Dental.

Centrillion (now Centrillion Technologies, Inc.) is aspiring to complete the Human Genome Project and help scientists characterize and analyze large segments of the genome. This would have major effects on the human health and environment.

Managed a team of lab technicians with their individual projects and responsibilities. My main goal was to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team as Centrillion's overall goals begin to shift. I coordinated with our team and assigned projects and tasks to be completed. I evaluated their reports and provided project milestones to keep the team motivated.

Working as a lab technician, I was able to understand the inner workings of the company. I was able to make an impact by learning quickly and taking on more responsibilities. As a startup, I had the opportunity of taking on multiple hats from working in the cleanroom/lab to anticipating shipments from our sister facilities in Asia.
