• DRI for Product Management, Design (Product Design, Content Design, Research + Ops), and Creative (Art/Design, Writing, Motion, Creative Ops + Production) recruiting.
• Owned full cycle recruiting for Individual Contributor and Leadership roles in each org, focusing on delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and developing competitive and equitable hiring practices with Hiring Managers.
• Partnered with other Recruiters, Sourcers and Coordinators to tackle large scale and complex headcount asks from leadership in a strategic and streamlined way; delegated roles and responsibilities to the team.
• Spearheaded the building of Instacart's first ever Content Design and Creative orgs from the ground up, including the development of new recruiting processes, team interviewer trainings and calibrations, external branding materials, etc. Closely partnered with HRBPs and Business Leadership to understand nuances of skillsets and short/long-term ambitions for each team.
• Identified the need for and sold through the Recruiting team’s first ever Mission Statement and Guiding Principles, giving the team a clear north star and consistency in how they were expected to show up day to day.
• Lead the development of Hiring Manager/Recruiter partnership measurement, including surveys sent quarterly that allowed Leadership for the first time to track the health and success of these partnerships in a quantitative way; will deliver insights into what the team does well and where there are opportunities for learning and development, and will create an opportunity for Recruiting Leadership to drive their relationships with the business in a more data-driven way.
• Founding member of the Recruiting Leadership Speaker Series, a program developed to host internal and external tech industry leadership with the purpose of educating and inspiring the Recruiting team.

• Talent lead across four office locations (NY, SF, SEA, CHI), sitting at the helm of candidate turned employee experience, overseeing the talent lifecycle for all Heat practitioners and better integrating Heat’s unique talent needs within Deloitte.
• Functioned as the connective tissue between Heat and Deloitte, acting as trusted advisor to both agency and firm leadership to streamline recruiting processes and implement talent development and culture initiatives that kept employee engagement high in order to support the growing needs of the business.
• Held quarterly talent reviews, leveraging data to give Leadership a consistent pulse on employee happiness.
• Focused on improving onboarding and training and development programs; emphasis on bringing to life new management training and leadership coaching for existing as well as up and coming managers.
