Contract supporting the CVS Media Exchange (CMX) team build their first retail media network.
Focused on Senior leadership hiring with some junior role across performance marketing, marketing operations, sales, revenue, finance and partnerships.
Work daily with Starsource and Workday ATS system
Work directly with the Head of CMX (CVS Media Exchange) as well as leaders across operations, BI, Marketing, Creative, Partnerships.
Work cross functionally with HR business partners, finance, IT, etc.

Achieve is a FinTech brand focused on helping consumers eliminate debt. Some of my responsibilities and accomplishments include:
Doubled the growth marketing team across, paid social, search, programmatic, acquisition design,
copy and affiliates/partnerships.
Grew the brand team from 2 people to 10 + across design, organic social, copy and creative.
Hired Director of Product Design and multiple UX Writers for Product Design team, working directly
with Head of Product Design.
Hired 3 Data Engineers and helped organize and set-up google sheets for tracking candidates for
entire Data Engineer org.
Hired 4 product managers, working directly with VP of Product management.
Maintained diversity hiring at 20 % (company goal 10%).
Top percent of recruiters for company with outbound sourced hires for both 2021 and 2022,
maintaining 60% + with company average under 30%.
Zero recruitment agency hires for 2022. Less than 1% of companywide agency fees for 2021.
Executive and Senior-level hiring with 5 Director/Senior Director roles filled in 2022 and one VP of
Growth Marketing. 4 Director hire roles for 2021.
Go-to recruiter for (working directly with) Senior leadership with hires that reported directly into the
CMO, CFO, President of Debt Resolution, Head of Product Design and Head of Brand as well as 7 +
VP’s.

Sourced 30-50 candidates a day through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and internal ATS
system Bullhorn.
Conducted multiple phone screens a day with prospective candidates.
Scheduled phone, video and onsite interviews for candidates with hiring managers.
Presented and negotiated offers on behalf of clients with prospective candidates.
Negotiated contracts/fee agreements with potential clients.
Conducted over the phone and in-person meetings with clients (Director up to CEO) to learn about
current hiring needs and provide industry feedback in regard to compensation, job function,
interview process, etc.
Created compelling copy for job posts on LinkedIn.
Accomplishments: Increased revenue/candidate placement YoY from 2016-2020, top billing
