Provide a warm welcome to guests, manage check-ins through Opera PMS, and conduct property orientations. Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. I assist all aspects of the product development while adhering to the production schedule. This includes creating and updating tech-packs, ensuring the sampling process stays on schedule, and working directly with the suppliers to relay all comments and approvals.

I assist the Head of Product Design with product development and in executing designs in all phases of production. I create and maintain tech packs and sampling charts, as well as attend apparel sample meetings and manage correspondence with suppliers. I also organize product samples as they arrive to the office and update product tech packs with changes and send revisions to suppliers. I have successfully acted as an interim production manager during Q3 of 2019 while the Head of Production was on maternity leave.
