Exploring and shaping new product areas

Designed features to allow cybersecurity analysts to effectively detect and manage threats. Led the end-to-end design of a new 0-1 file analysis feature, from initial ideation to execution, including conducting customer interviews to ensure the solution met user needs. Designed bulk action capabilities and dashboards, improving the efficiency of the detection triage process and streaming analyst workflows. Partnered with product managers and engineers to align designs and technical requirements for a new TAXII integration capability. Started monthly user research newsletter to share out customer insights to entire engineering organization and influence product roadmap.

Designed features to enable truckers to find loads, optimize their work schedule, and achieve success on Convoy. Redesigned the in-app performance scorecard to increase transparency and understanding, mitigating 15k support emails. Conducted user interviews for new product feature, flexible trailer return locations, managing PM and engineer input to synthesize requirements and high fidelity designs.

Worked as part of the merchant experience design team. Led design for projects focused on order fulfillment, seller trust and quality, and reverse logistics. Conducted UX competitive analysis and research and shaped product strategy for new merchant managed returns program. Redesigned the badging system and external marketing website used to introduce Wish's new seller standards program.

Designed new product features and platform enhancements to improve the discovery and sourcing process for 200K+ consumer packaged goods (CPG) suppliers and retail buyers. Worked with PMs and engineers to launch a new paid plan offering, RangeMe Plus. Designed the virtual trade show platform experience for RangeMe's parent company's strategic COVID response. Revamped RangeMe’s design system and created components following atomic design methodology.
