I studied Computer Science at University of Rochester and am working as a Software Engineer. I have contributed to Facebook’s React Native, started an OSS tool on GitHub for stacked Pull Requests, and done other projects in Web Development, Android App Development, and Machine Learning. Besides coding, I am passionate about developing communities of students in technology, especially for women. I founded the Google Developer Student Club at University of Rochester my sophomore year, organized the largest hackathon in my university, and served as President of the Computer Science Undergraduate Council (CSUG). I lead the team to organize the largest annual 36-hour hackathon by collaborating with companies and organizations including Major League Hacking (MLH) • Supervised 20 organizing members in four sub-teams including finance, logistics, marketing, and IT • Created a strategic plan and general timeline for sponsorship, marketing campaign, and technology support ### Communications Team @ DandyHacks Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | Rochester, New York, United States I was in the Organizing team for DandyHacks 2019 as a member of Communications: • Raised $15,000 sponsorship for the largest annual university hackathon by contacting companies, organizations and academic departments • Successfully registered DandyHacks as a Major League Hacking (MLH) member for the first time • Monitored the inquiries about DandyHacks sent through email; recruited volunteers for the event. ### Google Developer Student Club Lead @ Google Developers Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | Rochester, New York Area I founded the Google Developer Student Club (DSC) at University of Rochester. This club is part of the initiative to establish Google DSC chapters across colleges and universities in the United States. DSC's mission is to help students bridge the gap between theory and practice, by gaining essential skills in software development. 90+ members joined the club in the first year! • Hosted workshops and study jams on latest technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Machine Learning, and Image Processing • Mentored teams that built technological solutions for local problems competing in the DSC Solution Challenge. ### Data Scientist Intern @ FPT Corporation Jan 2019 – Jan 2019 | Hanoi, Vietnam I was a member of the Big Data team at FPT Technology Innovation Department (FPT.AI).
