On my team prior to that, I helped enhance Google’s internal customer support systems by integrating AI/ML to streamline workflows and improve user experience. Before Google, I was part of the Kindle Direct Publishing team at Amazon and helped develop both front-end and back-end systems of the file ingestion experience. I later joined and contributed to Amazon’s Alexa Auto team, improving the in-vehicle Alexa experience.
