Before: Cultivated a culture of UX best practices and processes for product design thinking at ATAP as mobile UX lead on Jacquard and contributed to future applications for Soli radar. Managed the work of a small distributed creative team, guided rigorous launches, and hired amidst a global pandemic. Before that: Managed people. Led consumer UX efforts for two early-stage product experiences focused on global 'next billion' audiences: Google Station Wi-Fi, and Datally (a new app to manage connectivity). Launched and scaled 'ground up' product experiences in 9 countries across platforms including: iOS, And, Web. ### Lead Product Designer @ Twitter Jan 2014 – Jan 2016 | San Francicso Led work for small UX team. Established experiences for two new business areas that connected people to content they need on the Twitter platform: ‘1 billion’ logged out users, and Customer Service across DMs and Profiles. Redesigned two high-value but under-utilized global consumer experiences 'ground up' across mobile iOS, Android, web, and smart watch platforms for Search and Trends (which saw engagement increase by an order of magnitude). ### Senior Experience Designer & Manager @ R/GA Jan 2013 – Jan 2014 | New York, New York Managed people.
