1. NestJS SCIM Client: Leading a team of 5 as the tech lead for the development and implementation of a NestJS SCIM client to synchronize HR data. This feature is foundational to enable auto role assignments, making our product more desirable by companies with large companies.

2. Automation Engine: Architected an Automation Engine as the tech lead for a team of 6, providing customers with a set of configurable automation 'building blocks' as triggers, conditions, and actions. This feature drastically reduced manual labor. Additionally, the reusable schemas and code for evaluating conditions were leveraged in the development of two additional features, further expanding the value of the automation engine.

3. Analytics Feature: Provide modern analytics dashboards to our users enabling them to make recruiting process improvements.

3a. Snowflake: Contributed to the successful creation of an ETL that transformed our Mongo data to Postgres data so it could be ingested into Snowflake. Providing the foundation for our analytics feature.

3b. Looker: Led a team of 3 engineers to integrate Looker dashboards built from our Snowflake data into Lever by utilizing their APIs and embedding their dashboards.

4. Design System: Collaborated across project teams to maintain a comprehensive design system that not only promoted consistency and enabled accurate recreation of UX designs, but also cut down custom CSS by 95%.

Technical Documentation: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to regularly produce detailed implementation specifications, and translate them into actionable stories that are correctly prioritized to enable the team to deliver the minimum viable product (MVP) first. I contributed to the application design systems while rapidly developing a CSS heavy sales and marketing website.
