•Source 200 candidates and hire 5-10 new candidates monthly.
•Place 150 recruiting calls weekly.
•Administers multiple requisitions simultaneously and maintaining high-volume results.
•Full cycle recruiter specializing in temp or temp to hire positions.
•Generate and execute employment contract signing.
•Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and manage job requisitions.
•Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
•Maintain database with accurate candidate contact information, qualifications and selling points; ensure all communication with candidate is documented.
•Works closely with Hiring Managers in skill requirements and hiring decisions.
•Performs audit of new hire files to ensure completeness of required documents, certificates and licensure.
•Responds to employee inquiries and acts as a liaison to corporate HR regarding pay, benefits and compliance information.
•Perform reference and background checks on applicants.
