IBM iX is a digitally-led creative agency, the world’s largest digital consultancy. As a UX strategist, I worked on different UX projects for clients, including food companies, insurance companies, and the world's largest holiday timeshare company. I have worked on usability tests, wireframes, user flows, site mapping, UX assessments, experience maps, and responsive websites to improve their customers’ digital experience.

Live Well Collaborative is a design agency that cultivates collaboration between industry and academia. I worked there as a UX designer for 4 main projects, including health care, medicine, and flight innovation. I did user research, UI design, usability tests, card sorting, and visual design to create breakthrough products that have solved clients’ problems.

I had contributed to 2 projects related to VR and AR. My job was user research and making wireframes and the 2D user interface including Icons, Gifs, and animations using Sketch, Unity, PS, and After effects. Some other projects I had finished were in the medical area. So knowing medical jargon and communicating with medical teams were big challenges for me. But with a few weeks of learning, reading books and watching videos on the Internet, I was very confident in projects.
