I lead the AI Design team at Atlassian, driving the user experience for Rovo — Atlassian’s AI-powered teammate that helps teams work smarter. Rovo integrates seamlessly across Jira, Confluence, and connected SaaS tools, enabling users to find knowledge, surface insights, and take action faster through search, chat, and customizable AI agents.

With 14+ years of experience designing SaaS products and 5 years in design management, I’ve led distributed design teams across AMER and APAC, shaping high-impact experiences at scale.Before Atlassian, I led design at Zendesk, where I built and guided teams across Employee Service, AI-powered Customer Support, and the Platform - initiatives that shaped the foundation of Zendesk’s low-code data platform.

I’m passionate about building high-performing design teams, mentoring senior designers to reach their next level, and exploring how AI can augment human creativity and problem-solving.
