- Led the refinement of the transition experience for the native mobile application (Rocket Mortgage) with the aim of increasing the conversion rate by 25%.
- Framed the project timeline, analyzed key metrics and existing user research, and created wireframes using the Rocket Design System, which influenced the product requirements and scope.
- Collaborated with engineers, PMs, and designers to improve the web mortgage purchase application (MPA) efficiency through smooth micro-animations.
- Streamlined the design quality assurance process and conducted design QA for MPA on web and mobile platforms to ensure accurate design implementation.

- Collaborated cross-functionally with 8 teams to complete marketing analysis, translate business goals into practical designs, and explore potential product opportunities on the TCL overseas market. 
- Reimagined the TCL streaming platform on Roku TV OS to provide users with a better experience in browsing, searching, and selecting, which increased the streaming hours by 23% and the conversion rate by 25%.
- Led the design of a brand new short video feature on the TCL streaming platform, which increased average streaming hours by 291.7%.  
- Researched, designed, and launched a mobile mini-game platform from 0 to 1, which has been pre-installed on 2.2 million TCL overseas mobile devices.

### Product Designer @ Lantu Tech

- Worked closely with product, engineering, and sales departments to construct wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes to ideate and iterate B2B products.
- Led the mobile design for a community security management system and designed the backend management platform, including the map, dashboard, and report management, ensuring the safety of 66,400 residents.
