- Built 23-check post-activation validation system and observability infrastructure that caught billing, data, and activation issues before production
- Drove real-time incident resolution during 4-night production cutover—scaling connection pools, fixing data gaps, and catching configuration errors under pressure
- Collaborated across Engineering, Finance, CRM, Accounting, and DBAs to align stakeholders and resolve cross-functional blockers

- Led the redesign and release of the Candidate page, resulting in a user adoption increase from under 10% to above 20% for the Stages feature.
- Rewrote the my-jobs page in React and Go decreasing initial page load times from 1.57 seconds to 552ms.
