• Design complex subsystems for AGV (autonomous guided vehicle) / Robots for warehouse application, including lifting mechanism, charging system and electronic device enclosures

• Perform solid hand calculations / analysis and Solidworks FEA simulations for concepts

• Perform Solidworks motion study for mechanisms

• Lead a team of project engineers in NPD group

• Launch large scale projects from concept to early production launches

• Develop project plan and control deadlines, budgets, activities and resources

• Present the program/project status to the upper manager team on monthly basis

• Design parts / tooling by using Solidworks

• Insist on design and process improvement by providing feedback
