Hack4Impact Cal Poly is a multi-disciplinary team of Cal Poly students that develops software for nonprofit organizations. 
On the Board of Directors, we met at least once a week during both the school year and summer to plan events, plan a 5-week boot camp, recruit and interview new members, and improve member retention.

As Director of Public Relations, I managed Hack4Impact Cal Poly social presence by creating Facebook and Instagram posts and events, editing and recording YouTube videos, and writing and distributing a monthly email newsletter describing upcoming events and team progress. I also organized events, recruited members, maintained inter-club relations, and improved club exposure by reaching out to other clubs, departments, and the local community.

As a software developer in 2019-2020, I built a SwiftUI mobile app with one other student for the Cal Poly Cat Program to track cat intake, adoption, and events. This app lets the organization log in, view all the cats in the organization as well as detailed information about each cat, and view the upcoming adoption, volunteer, foster, and vet appointments.
