Working on product used by millions of customers externally, and internally. Promoting internal understanding of how our app, and scooters are used in people's lives. I determine the best approach to evaluate systems, while partnering with product design, product managers, operations, and business teams. Producing research with actionable findings about complex systems.

• Drive vision and strategy for product while addressing critical KPIs

• Collaborate with a team of stakeholders responsible for UX design, UI design, Product management, Engineers, Data science and analytics, QA, Business, Vehicle, Brand, Communications, and Operations to identify problems and provide solutions focused on user experience, and application performance.

• Optimize product usability and performance by closely analyzing behavioral engagement metrics, business performance metrics, and testing alternative design solutions

• Conduct reviews of direct reports, individual development plans and providing performance feedback to team members

Developed women’s contemporary label that is playful, vivid, and easy to wear. Design, drape, pattern, and dye original pieces, sold at by-appointment setting, and ethically manufactured. Work with boutique store owners to design and produce capsule collections specific to their stores. Collaborated with manufacturers on production excellence to achieve best fair labor prices and quality construction.
