Assist the project manager on various highways infrastructure schemes, namely Highways England's £380 million A1 Leeming to Barton Improvement major scheme. Responsibilities include the monitoring and managing of weekly design progress against programme, financial reporting, change control, risk reporting and earned value management across the multidisciplinary joint venture workforce. Other schemes worked on include the £200 million A63 Castle Street Improvement major scheme and £8 million A628 Road Renewal scheme.
Currently acting Sweco Future (formerly Future Grontmij) representative for the Leeds office, promoting positive change throughout the business and providing a channel for colleagues to voice any issues, concerns or ideas they would like putting to the Leadership Team. Currently working with the Head of Business Development to improve the company's eLearning platform amongst other items, seeking to make Sweco a better place to work.
Also assists with the maintenance of Leeds' Development Forum which seeks to facilitate, support and encourage personal and professional development across the Leeds office.
