• Created and developed design vision and workflow prototypes demonstrating the Cloud Platform capabilities and its services (such as Search); scoped the project and collaborated with stakeholders to get resources on the project.
• Defined a new Cloud Search Experience that was unveiled and successfully released at Splunk's annual customer conference in 2021.
• Co-defined Splunk Design Sprint process for concept designs, prototyping, and vision validation with the users; rolled out the process to the design team and led the design sprints by creating a vision, concepts, and detailed interaction with other designers.
• Influenced the vision and the direction of Splunk's Data Ingestion and Administration product areas by leveraging Splunk Design Sprint process.
• Oversaw the entire Cloud Platform Experience by directing designers, collaborating with engineering architects, Product and project managers, and influencing the product's roadmap.
• Conceptualized a vision for smart alerting on mobile phones for DevOps users; defined the information architecture, end-to-end workflows, and interactive prototype that was tested with users, successfully validating the vision.
• Co-invented Splunk for Business Flow (SBF) and Splunk for Industrial Asset Intelligence (IAI) products that ran in a startup mode at first and then prompted the creation of new organizations within Splunk; led the designs for both projects working very closely with the leadership team and influencing the roadmap.
• Won the first prize in “Bang for the buck” category in 2017 Splunk’s hackathon.
