• Interned in Information Technology Department in Bank of China. Participated in Bank’s Information System Development project. Researched current banking information system and analyzed how the system has changed over time, communicated with senior employees and worked with them to upgrade the information system in each branch. Completed hardware and network upgrade in the each branches in two weeks.

• Completed training for “IT-BluePrint” operating system as the new logical-centralize online banking system will be run in October 2011. Helped each local branch to fix problems during the test stage. Got 90 out of 100 in the practice exam as an intern student.

• Successfully communicated between Information Technology Department and other Departments. Fixed software and hardware problems for different departments and each branch around the city. Wrote department log for daily auto-vehicles used and maintenance usage, troubleshoot an average of 50 cases daily.
