π Led UX strategy and design for Intelligent Discovery, an AI-powered troubleshooting and recommendations system spanning Messaging Insights, Logs, and later Voice Insights, integrating multiple Twilio Console surfaces to enable guided, self-serve resolution at platform scale.

As a senior/lead designer for Twilio Conversations, an omni-channel chat product that enables businesses to build chat solutions with API and SDKs, I researched, designed and launched the new console & developer docs experiences for Conversations including onboarding, Try-out sandboxes, channel setups and configurations, actively collaborating with product and engineering team through active and continuous sprints throughout the year.
β Within the 2 months of launch, the new console experiences boosted signups by 111%, user account upgrades by 454%, and API call completion.
β I consistently influenced the product and eng roadmap by regularly pithcing UX research, visions and prototypes to the stakeholders based on in-depth customer interviews and market research on the CPaSS industry, partnering with Product Marketing leads.
β I proactively shared demos and end-to-end project presentations during the engineering all-hands to drive broader alignment and awarness within the org.

π Working with VP of Product Design, our team designed and launched core Enigma Console UX features (API Quick Start, Data Batch Upload, Business Profile Lookup, Billing, and Usage) from the ground-up tailored to free-trial and paid enterprise users, driving a massive increase in user adoption and API utilization among enterprise customers.
β Created all UI components and themes for the new Enigma product design system in collaboration with the product design team and engineers, establishing reusable UI components using React JS, CMS, and Storybook. This resulted in a significant reduction in design and development time for new features and increased front-end development productivity.
β Launched SMB Insight pages on Enigma.com, collaborating with Content Marketing to enhance the SEO strategy and engage customers and prospects. The addition of interactive data visualization and storytelling led to a remarkable increase in organic traffic.
