- Lead the web accessibility effort on the engineering side. We started off with the learning application that's completely inaccessible to where a blind user who came to the office was able to complete the whole study session on our Single-Page App.
- Created useful internal tools for co-workers from other teams. The most awesome one was a Zendesk widget that allows the customer success team to see the ticket's requester information right on the Zendesk page instead of having to look up users' accounts. (Short implementation time, high value, used everyday)
