• Given full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and qualification of two new WiFi-enabled smart power strip products which resulted in a timely release of these new products.

• Led the entire outsourcing process of the customized components used in the new products with suppliers in China and Taiwan. Developed and implemented a global business strategy effectively changing the commodity in order to achieve a balanced supply base, higher quality, competitive pricing, and reduced lead-times.

• Coordinated the efforts of the hardware, software, mechanical engineering, functional testing, safety compliance and operations teams to design, manufacture and integrate high-quality consumer products in this highly cross functional role.

I have good knowledge and skills in several fields: Web design, logo design, interaction design, editorial and print, identity and corporate image, illustration and photography. Using these different skills I can create projects from conception to actual realization.
