As a Senior product designer at HubSpot, I led the design and drove strategy for HubSpot’s AI Website generator, leading to 2X increase in user activation rates. Also led the design for new user onboarding experiences for Content Hub. Partnered with Product, Engineering, UX writers, researchers and adjacent teams to deliver designs aligning with business goals and customer needs. Led cross-functional workshops to increase collaboration between product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Leveraged data-driven insights by facilitating user research, customer feedback session and product analytics to guide design decisions.

Lead UX Designer for BestBuy’s core service offerings like Geek Squad Product Services, BestBuy Business, BestBuy Health and other areas including Corporate Initiatives and HR Operations.
