Focusing on AI development velocity through structural platform improvements that make it easier to write, test, and ship code faster to production.
Designed Block's agentic capability management pipeline by making it easy to distribute agent skills to engineers, product managers, and designers. Over 100 agent skills have been distributed to over 1000 employees across disciplines.
Worked closely with Square's product leadership to establish new mechanisms to document product feature requirements and architectural decisions in an agent-forward format. Over 50 Square features have been documented thoroughly end-to-end in markdown, which has made it easier to plan and architect new features using agentic engineering.
Architected Square's golden path for end-to-end testing using Playwright, which has been adopted by over 80 engineers across 30 teams writing tests for Square's web products.
Enabled the continuous deployment of Square's largest web product by building an acceptance testing framework to remove manual toil by automating the verification of production readiness for new code changes. This has resulted in a 20x increase in deployment frequency for the product, enabling over 300 engineers to ship code faster and with higher confidence.
