Launched automation of ticket sorting to reduce time spent by the operations team in the internal ticketing system and to test feasibility for future rollouts. • Launched updated care plans interface for reduced errors and more consistent data collection and compliance ### Senior UX Designer @ Cisco Meraki Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 • Delivered foundational research and design to centralize the creation and management of alerts across the Meraki product portfolio • Launched redesigned sensor data visualizations to improve usability and performance • Led ideation workshops and created designs for a cross-product initiative for both network admins and end users
