Designed end-to-end UX for complex multi-role audit workflows, introducing AI enabled sampling, matrix testing, and evidence management, and unified fragmented legacy tools into a scalable platform. ### Senior Product Designer @ VMware Jan 2022 – Jan 2024 I was a lead product designer for the Tanzu Application Platform, an Enterprise B2B SaaS solution, responsible for developing the design vision for the Application Accelerator. My main objective was to create a streamlined path to production, including an optimized user experience across all stages, from Tanzu Developer Portal to Integrated Development Environments (IDEs). The product was successfully launched on the Tanzu Application Platform and integrated into developer IDEs, which led to the onboarding of key customers. The product was presented and demoed by leadership at global VMware conferences. My work also played a significant role in the more extensive and complex Tanzu design vision work and unified design systems, which involved cross-functional design and engineering teams. ### Lead Product Designer @ BeyondAI Jan 2019 – Jan 2022 | Los Angeles, California As the first UX lead for Refinery Optimization Advisor, a commercial AI product, I spearheaded product design and user research initiatives. Through user observation and interviews, I analyzed complex work processes and synthesized insights into actionable recommendations influencing the product roadmap. I was responsible for designing the first MVP product and successfully transitioning to a full-scale production launch. The launched product increased operational efficiency by 17%.
