Led the redesign for the MediaMath Demand Side Platform’s Campaign Management, the real-time advertisement campaign trading platform’s core offering for 3,500+ active advertisers’ programmatic trading workflows. This is projected to increase efficiency and satisfaction by 30%, reduce client churn by 50%, and increase revenue by $40M.
Led generative and evaluative research combined with analytics. This included running user interviews and bringing product and engineering leaders into user research and synthesis workshops. Brainstormed and explored UX flows for potential product ideas.
Led the design, prototyping, and user testing/validation of ideas for product market fit/delivery. Then provided specifications for new features.
Collaborated with product managers and business analysts in writing user stories and refining feature requirements.

Led a design team of 3 to design and revamp a suite of unified communication products for Star2Star, including TeamHub, a platform with video conferencing and work collaboration. Owned multiple web apps’ and native apps’ user research and interaction design. Led the team to build and maintain a custom design system with a pattern library and interaction guidelines.
Designed Coleman Research’s Expert Relationship Management platform, a SaaS offering that helps research providers and buy-side firms manage their interactions with industry experts. The new platform was launched in Oct 2019 and tapped by US consultancy firm Stax Inc to digitize its research data and workflows.
Designed Roo.vet, a fully-responsive web-based platform that enables hospitals to fulfill short-term personnel needs in real-time, while allowing vets and vet technicians to secure relief work.
Redesigned the new FlatRate.com - NYC’s largest and leading Moving company’s fully responsive website.
2018 — 2019
Partnered with entrepreneurs to brands and products that drive performance and returns. Works include user research, UI/UX design, brand/identity design, and usability tests.
Street Food Mapper(Web App)
I was the lead and sole product and UI/UX designer for the project and collaborated with a developer working through the process from ideation to launch. I facilitated and integrated feedback from the engineer and usability test, and completed the full spectrum of the process from concept, research, iterations, usability tests, prototyping, to release. I also created and evolved a design system for my team as the project continues to scale. Upon launching, Street Food Mapper was featured on Product Hunt’s homepage and have received 320+ upvotes and counting.
GTFO(Native App)
A lifestyle app for Generation z. I am the producer and UX designer for the MVP and lead a team of 3(a software engineer, a visual designer, and myself) on a weekly scrum basis. Working closely with the product owner to identify user needs and develop design solutions with the design+dev team to meet the client's business goals. GTFO plans to launch its first release in the app store in Jan, 2019.
