Passionate about all things human — the way we think, communicate, and make decisions — and what it takes to build technology that works for people. That passion has found its medium in conversational AI and UX research. I've worked with Fortune 500s, global enterprises, and top tech companies, leading end-to-end conversation design and research from requirements through deployment. My background combines mixed-methods research, multilingual UX, and conversational AI across professional services and enterprise-scale delivery.

I co-founded the Multilingual Design discipline at Nuance Communications — establishing design standards across dozens of enterprise engagements — and spent 16 years helping enterprises migrate, redesign, and optimize IVR systems that collectively served millions of people across industries, channels, and languages. At Apple, I worked with Siri improving response consistency and launching new capabilities. More recently, I've consulted with enterprises designing and evaluating chatbot and IVR experiences across customer service channels.

I lead with curiosity, question assumptions — especially my own — and listen for the gold behind the noise. I care deeply about people and craft, and I believe the best work happens when a common goal is clear and the people doing it feel seen.
