# Jochen Wolters > UX Architect • Product Designer • Accessibility Advocate | Crafting effective user experiences for enterprise-level SaaS products Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/jochenwolters For more than 10 years I have designed mission-critical enterprise SaaS applications that let users get their work done more quickly, more effectively, and more reliably. Having taken features and entire applications from concept to shipping product, my hands-on expertise covers product design end-to-end: •️ UX strategy • user research • solution ideation • design / accessibility • usability testing • implementation guidance Effective cross-disciplinary collaboration and DesignOps methodologies are the glue that ties it all together. CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS I've crafted and scaled software applications at start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, improving users' lives and meeting business goals alike. Target industries include video surveillance, communications, ecommerce, manufacturing, and medical diagnostics. These are some of the projects that I'm most proud of: ★ Devised a centralized update feature for Roche's Avenio Connect lab orchestration software for human genome sequencing that combines cloud software and on-prem hardware instruments, reducing routine field service customer visits for product updates to near zero. ★ Expanded the Parsable Connected Worker Platform, a workflow solution for industrial workers, from single-lane, purely sequential process flows to parallel branches with conditional execution. This feature made it possible to accurately model the highly complex flows of real-world manufacturing processes and enabled our customers to broadly expand the application of our software to their businesses. ★ Developed an innovative interaction paradigm for selecting video streams in enterprise surveillance solutions for Pelco VideoXpert. The new design scales to navigating thousands of cameras, which is more than 10 times what the previous industry standard widget could handle.
