I’m a Senior UX Designer who approaches design systems as a strategic lever -  not just a component library, but a way to align teams, accelerate delivery, and create consistency at scale. I do my best work at the intersection of strategy and craft: helping organizations decide not just how something should look, but what it should do and why.

At Experian, I led design system initiatives that brought consistency and velocity to cross-functional teams -  building reusable patterns, aligning stakeholders, and closing the gap between product and marketing experiences. I’m hands-on by nature. I think in flows, sweat the details, and stay close to the work - while also knowing when to zoom out and advocate for the user at the table.

I’ve recently integrated AI tools into my research and design process - using them for synthesis, journey mapping, and content evaluation - and I’m genuinely excited about where that’s heading.

- Led design system strategy and execution, reducing design-to-dev handoff time by approximately 25% through reusable components, interaction specs, and shared style guidelines

- Redesigned navigation and information architecture in partnership with business units, improving findability and CTA hierarchy across a complex B2B web ecosystem

- Conducted end-to-end UX research and discovery -  including synthesis with AI-assisted tools -  to surface user needs and inform design decisions

- Created high-fidelity responsive designs across complex workflows, maintaining consistency with brand standards and WCAG accessibility requirements

- Partnered with product, engineering, and content teams to deliver scalable design patterns built to serve 10+ business units

### Full Stack UX & UI Designer @ SAP Labs ( Palo Alto, CA, US)

As a Full Stack UX & UI designer on the SAP.com design team, I create compelling and user-focused web experiences, following established design processes and collaborating closely with stakeholders.  My responsibilities include:

- Conducting research and discovery to identify UX needs based on real data.
- Creating information architecture (IA) deliverables including sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes.
- Translate wireframes into hi-fidelity page designs that adhere to branding and style guidelines.
- Generate hi-fidelity mockups of all responsive screens within a workflow
- Produce detailed documentation, such as product requirement documents (PRDs) and online style guide, for final designs and interactions. 
- Collaborate with development teams to understand and clarify UX requirements. 
- Actively participating as a stakeholder in the development process, overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring project completion.
- Maintain and update relevant sections of the online style guide, managing user permissions.
- Provide design training and guidance on the online style guide to various stakeholders, including content editors, AEM development teams, and external design agencies.

### UX & UI Designer @ SAP Labs ( Palo Alto, CA, US)
Jan 2004 – Jan 2014 | Palo Alto, California, United States
As the Lead UI designer on the SAP Community team, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the community website and driving engagement initiatives through a blend of digital and print design initiatives. My contributions included:

- Drive and implement the SCN homepage redesigns with close collaborating with IT; driving and implementing brand updates across the SCN website.
- Established a streamlined system for managing web assets, including web graphics, profile photos and community badges.
- Created original artwork for badges in alignment with SAP branding guidelines, ensuring cohesive visual identity.
- Active involvement in community programs such as SAP Gamification, SAP Mentors, SAP Topic Leaders, and SAP TechEd Events, fostering a vibrant and inclusive community environment.
