Process and project management:
• Defined and evolved the design team's creative review process. Creative production for all design initiatives across product and marketing.
• Lead designer resourcing and priorities. Provided them with the resources needed and remove any blockers, allowing them to do their best work.
• Worked closely with PM’s to help organize quarterly roadmaps.
• Managed company-wide product feature requests to ensure all items are tracked and prioritized.
• Lead several recurring cross-functional meetings. Captured feedback and decisions made in key reviews and meetings and assure all action items are addressed.
Cross-functional communication:
• Maintained an in-depth understanding of everything flowing through the design team and our product roadmap. Provided the company with insights on the who, what, when, why, and how of virtually every new product feature.
• Ensured communication around milestones, status and directional changes are appropriately conveyed to all stakeholders.
Launch coordination and product marketing:
• Lead all launch coordination efforts including long-term flight planning, release planning, and synchronizing and overseeing launch efforts across departments.
• Guided the Product Marketing roadmap. Collaborated with PM’s and Marketing team to define a marketing strategy for every release.
• Ensured all launch deliverables were accounted for and ready at time of launch.
