Led design for Wealthfront’s Investing Ecosystem team, responsible for strategic visioning, quarterly roadmapping, hiring, functional operations, and hands-on design execution, partnering closely with senior leadership.
Designed and launched Wealthfront’s Securities Lending Program from 0 to 1, led the redesign for Wealthfront’s global dashboard, and spearheaded over a dozen major product features and enhancements across the Investing area, supporting revenue growth and profit margin of over 40% to a successful IPO.
As one of two design engineers, built Wealthfront’s first code prototypes actively used in research and development, piloted AI tooling for use and adoption within the Design team, and was the sole designer to contribute to all frontend codebases (Web, iOS, Android).

Led the product design team at Petal, where I managed the daily operations of a small design team, constructed quarterly roadmaps, and developed long-term functional strategy, partnering closely with senior leadership, eng leads, product directors, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Oversaw and contributed to all IC Design & Research activities across five pods.
Wrote code and provided auxiliary support as a design engineer to the frontend dev team across iOS, Android, and Web (React/React Native/Typescript).
Promoted and built community—spearheaded two company-wide hackathons and orchestrated over a dozen smaller programs, design workshops, and social events. Led Pétalo, the Hispanic/Latino employee resource group at Petal.

Carried out all design & user research activities within the Payments team from 21Q4–22Q2. Changes improved multiple payment-related metrics (e.g. CSAT, call volume, time-to-pay) with significance, driving 2022 OKR’s.
Scaled Petal’s design system tenfold—publishing dozens of new components, authoring contribution processes, standardizing codebase structure and nomenclature guidelines, and further integrating Figma & Storybook to improve design / code parity across the company.
Developed the first set of functional roadmaps for the Product Design team in 2022, balancing user, functional, and company objectives.
Established UX benchmarks for auditing design and instituted critical monitoring for key UX areas in Petal’s data pipeline, improving UX and DevOps metrics (e.g. MTTD/I/R).
