OneSignal is the most widely used Push Notification, In-App Messaging, SMS & Email platform for mobile apps and websites. OneSignal has 1.5M+ registered developers, sending 10B+ messages per day and reaching speeds of 6M+ messages per second.

Founded and scaled Bright Cellars from an idea to 100+ employees and 8 digit yearly revenue. In particular, I grew the engineering team to 15 engineers. Some highlights along the way:

Algorithms & Machine Learning: Developed, deployed, and optimized machine learning algorithms to drive our business.

DevOps: Owned the performance and scalability of the entire production infrastructure.

Portfolio Brand Sites: Architected and led the development of the infrastructure to manage, deploy, and maintain 75+ microsites across 175+ domains.

Data Pipeline & Data Platform: Led our Data Pipeline and Data Platform initiatives resulting in delivering industry leading insights to drive brand creation and wine sales.

Leadership: Evangelized the vision and power of the Bright Cellars' technology to the company, board of directors, potential investors, key prospective hires, and greater general community.

Hiring: Managed hiring for the engineering team including writing job descriptions, devising interview processes, and closing candidates.

Designed and developed the PushPage website from the ground up on a tight knit team of 3 engineers. We used an agile approach to ship new features at a high rate and used detailed analytics to gauge success.

Technologies used in the project include Kohana/PHP, jQuery/JavaScript, Handlebars JS, HTML, CSS, LESS, MySQL, and git.
