The Regional Director of Maintenance is responsible for overseeing all maintenance, engineering, and grounds operations across Eastwind Hotels properties. This role ensures that each location is safe, well-maintained, compliant, and operating at the highest standard of guest experience while supporting property leadership and maintenance teams.

Supervise and lead the engineering and maintenance team for a 40-acre hospitality property with 100+ guest accommodations.

Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff to ensure a high performing and reliable team.

Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all property systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety.

Oversee day to day property operations, ensuring safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction.
