Work included: • Understand previously developed code from the hardware supplier, that included Java Server (HTML + Java + JavaScript) and open charge point protocol (OCPP) in Java. • Added additional functionality to the existing server front-end. This included capability to communicate with live charge points. • Developed, simulated and tested algorithms that successfully load balanced charge stations through the server interface. • Provided comprehensive documentation ('a manual') that provided clarity to the EV team about the how to use/understand existing and added code.
