2019 — Now
I am working as part of the Experience & Devices team in an organizational level effort to update the Exchange admin center and create the Microsoft search admin center. In the process of updating the Exchange admin center, I identified and streamlined vital tasks by reducing the number of clicks and improving information hierarchy. I am currently working with the Mail flow team to update the existing experience and create the insights and reporting experience.
Simultaneously, I am working to create and oversee the user experience of Microsoft search. To effectively drive the design process, I work closely with other designers and Program managers by executing the following items:
Identify key tasks to create user workflows
Translate conceptual ideas to tangible designs
Design insights and reporting experiences
Influence the design strategy for future release

Each section had a unique perspective and expertise on curing diseases. Our approach embraced institutional goals to highlight science and research to encourage collaboration and industry partnerships.
