In the process of updating the Exchange admin center, I identified and streamlined vital tasks by reducing the number of clicks and improving information hierarchy. I am currently working with the Mail flow team to update the existing experience and create the insights and reporting experience. Simultaneously, I am working to create and oversee the user experience of Microsoft search.
