Worked to enable the health information exchange (HIE) responsible for Eastern New York and Southern Vermont. integrated various provider networks from around the region into the network. Helped enable web services to push data to providers. Developed custom logic to normalize unique HL7 V2 and V3 documents to be compatible with HIE.
