Internal Tools Team

• Built and managed internal productivity tools used by all teams (Marketing, Customer Support, Engineering). The team consisted of anywhere from 2-5 engineers, and was responsible for maintaining functionality for 25+ internal tools.

Community Health

• Work to add, improve, and maintain features that helped our users to manage account, content, and neighborhood settings. Designed and implemented a new content moderation framework that is still used on the platform today.

Real Estate/Local Experts

• Part of the original team that designed and built the first self-serve payments platform at Nextdoor, used to onboard Neighborhood Sponsorship customers. The platform supported customers purchasing and managing multiple products.

• Designed and implemented the first advertising insights product at Nextdoor, used by Local Experts and Deals customers to view engagement metrics for their promotions and posts.

I worked on the Tools team, where we build and maintain internal tools that are used for member support as well as in growth and city partnership initiatives.
