Joining Meta as part of its acquisition of Kustomer, I served as Tech Lead on the Kustomer side collaborating with Meta Production Engineers on integration. I was promoted shortly before Meta divested itself from Kustomer.

At Kustomer I helped lead the backend team to a successful acquisition exit. My proudest achievement was the development of an in-house event bus that could reliably handle throughput of millions of messages per second with 100% success rate. Additionally I served as lead of the Backend Engineering Guild and the Architecture Guild, and worked closely with engineers on all teams to design scalable and highly reliable features.
