Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Inspire, collaborate, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class customer experience
• Champion, articulate and promote the value of good user experience and usability.
• Give users the best possible online user experience in a way that provides the organisation with the best possible business results.
• Create all aspects of design deliverables such as personas, flows, scenarios, wireframes and hi-fidelity designs to communicate design thinking and solutions.
• Consider and provide solutions for all aspects of the end-user's interaction with our company, its product & services.
• Champions and maintain PlayStation design standards and industry best practices across owned products.
• Lead the UX design team, providing direction and mentorship, and ensure that high-quality design is delivered that meets business objectives.
• Apply UCD design frameworks for continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present work and interface with all levels of management - negotiating and influencing to build consensus.
• Input, as required, on new functionality / business requirements and R&D
• Maintain and support playstation.com in line with SIEE Central / Territory business interests
• Delivery of any digital product is to an agreed high standard and timeline
• Manage timelines of projects by interacting with other teams and departments
• Provide creative direction, support and assistance to other departments and agencies
