• I played a key role in building and configuring dozens of AWS Lambda functions that established connections with public utilities. These functions were pivotal in the collection and standardization of data, providing essential support for Arcadia's diverse product offerings.

• Recognizing the increasing complexity of our Ruby on Rails monolith, we created a dedicated microservice to manage utility credentials. This encompassed a database migration and the implementation of robust security measures for credential provisioning.

• To enhance the prioritization, analysis, and logging of utility data requests, we designed and implemented a custom message broker. This solution served as an efficient priority queue system, effectively managing messages for our AWS Lambda functions.

• In collaboration with our community solar teams, I took on the responsibility of building systems to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements. This included the development of reconciliation mechanisms and accounting practices to meet regulatory standards.
