📐 A design-build architecture firm for commercial and residential projects. Collaborated with PMs, engineers, and other designers to design, iterate, and deliver 50+ 0-to-1 projects on schedule. Conducted user research to inform design decisions for user-centric designs. Updated the firm’s design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency. Drafted full architectural plan submittals for city approval and on-site usability. Created graphic design/marketing for all presentations and public hearings

🏡 Led daily teams of 5–20 volunteers through all phases of construction on a 20-unit affordable single-family housing development. Coordinated informational meetings about construction hazards and safety, as well as education on affordable housing to create a fun, safe, productive environment.

🎨 Completed 20-40 projects a week, referencing client style guides, organizing projects for others to find, and working with clients for feedback for design iterations.
