During my time as Manager of Business Analysis, I managed and developed a team of three business analysts to guide and prioritize five product lines. Our products focused on the acquisition, storage, and analysis of disparate data sources across the media landscape, including digital, broadcast, and more.
My team and I would also organize most facets of these projects across business units, and performed data mapping alongside SMEs and developers. One of my most fulfilling projects at Haworth was helping reorganize and coach seven disparate technology teams into three focused, cross-functional, product-based scrum teams.
