• Utilizing carbon fiber and epoxy with a fiberglass honeycomb structure to form a strong, light shielding for the overall framework of the car (a wet layup)
• Organized and lead the team in important design reviews with regard to mold design
• Used SolidWorks to create 3D models of the car and several car molds which were machined
• Individually completed a project that used SolidWorks to finalize the division lines for the car mold
• Led team to complete manufacturing of molds for solar car in addition to male plugs, and currently working on manufacturing shell of new car after remodeling and testing aerodynamics with ANSYS
• Organized, designed and reviewed timeline for the car to be completed on time for ASC 2018 Race
