Working on systems related to Atmos Rewards enrollment and account preferences using C# and .NET for the back-end and Typescript with React for the front-end

* Built new enrollment pages for Alaska’s loyalty program and added new features such as Playwright tests, rate limiting, reCAPTCHA, and server-side rendering to increase reliability and reduce bot attacks

* Updated the team's services to prepare for a CRM migration from Siebel to Midas and handled part of the launch for the team

* Successfully launched a rebrand of the enrollment and account preferences pages in a big bang rollout for the Atmos Rewards release

* Developed an audit trail feature for our customer care agents that allowed them to track updates made to profiles so they can provide better assistance for our guests

* Continuing to move crucial pages/features on the Alaska Airlines website off of the old monolithic project and into their own SPAs/services which has streamlined the deployment process and allowed the team to move away from costly manual verification processes

Worked primarily on back-end code building microservices for core products that leveraged various Azure services such as blob storage, Application Insights, Service Bus, and more

* Built a tool to simplify the onboarding process for new pharmacies that allowed a single member of the support team to do a job that required multiple developers and PMs

* Created the Provider Reporting Service that submitted COVID-19 test results to the CDC's Report Stream platform thereby automating a pharmacy's public health reporting

* Developed a new back-end using federated architecture with Apollo written in Typescript to support the launch of MyPrescryptive 2.0

* Trained front-end developers in back-end tools and C# which led to 5 members of the team becoming full-stack engineers

Built a tool to quickly onboard new customers and handled all of the support tickets related to customer onboarding. Converted to FTE.

Integrated new features and maintained the code base for Doosan GridTech’s Asset Controller, a

platform which allows clients to aggregate and optimize their distributed energy resources.

* Developed a feature that allows Modbus devices to shutdown, reset, or stop any associated

energy resources

* Improved the alarm system for the Asset Controller by adding a feature that changes when an

alarm will surface on a more granular level

* Modified XML schemas to configure flagship energy storage products for new deployments

Designed and developed core back-end service components for the bLoyal SaaS loyalty platform using C#, .NET, SQL, and Azure

* Implemented REST APIs to get new clients deployed faster and reduced the amount of manual work to configure a new client's account

* Developed a system that accrues points and awards money to gift cards which alleviated the need for our partner to spend days each month calculating the awards by hand

* Greatly improved mailing service performance which allowed bLoyal to stop offering discounts due to slow performance and start charging full price

* Refactored order processing, an integral part of bLoyal's product, to improve performance and allow for easier maintenance

* Managed integrations with third party services for shipping compliance and payment processing
