* Built new enrollment pages for Alaska’s loyalty program and added new features such as Playwright tests, rate limiting, reCAPTCHA, and server-side rendering to increase reliability and reduce bot attacks
* Updated the team's services to prepare for a CRM migration from Siebel to Midas and handled part of the launch for the team
* Successfully launched a rebrand of the enrollment and account preferences pages in a big bang rollout for the Atmos Rewards release
* Developed an audit trail feature for our customer care agents that allowed them to track updates made to profiles so they can provide better assistance for our guests
* Continuing to move crucial pages/features on the Alaska Airlines website off of the old monolithic project and into their own SPAs/services which has streamlined the deployment process and allowed the team to move away from costly manual verification processes

* Implemented REST APIs to get new clients deployed faster and reduced the amount of manual work to configure a new client's account
* Developed a system that accrues points and awards money to gift cards which alleviated the need for our partner to spend days each month calculating the awards by hand
* Greatly improved mailing service performance which allowed bLoyal to stop offering discounts due to slow performance and start charging full price
* Refactored order processing, an integral part of bLoyal's product, to improve performance and allow for easier maintenance
* Managed integrations with third party services for shipping compliance and payment processing
