Core responsibilities include lead design team in creating authentic brand experiences within a physical environment by developing narratives and touch points that embody the client’s mission.
Work closely with firm principles, architects, design directors and interior designer to develop design solutions that not only compliment their environment but are thoughtfully integrated and functional. Generate all presentations, designs, sketches and supporting documentation through all phases of the creative process from concept, design development through to design intent and completion.
Additional duties include managing client relationships, presenting work, oversight of vendors through fabrication and installation.
Mentor junior designers and new hires and work closely with design managers establishing project schedules and ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations.
Directing commissioned artists and photographers and art curation.
Actual deliverables include branded environmental graphic programs and installations, experience and place making strategies, brand identities, wayfinding systems, ADA and identity signage, digital applications such as web sites, animations and e-communications.
