Led experience design for the fintech & loyalty STO, including credit card application, transactions, financing, and third-party payment options. The design team included product, content, and research and spanned both US and global sites. In addition, led the storefront experience design core capabilities and platforms teams, responsible for internal CMS development, reusable component design, A/B testing tools, authentication & recognition, and re-platforming of Wayfair.com and the complete brand family.

As the head of UX, I led the Shutterfly user experience department across two major e-commerce brands: Shutterfly and Snapfish. I led a team of 20 IC designers and design managers. We used data-driven design thinking to shape product direction and team growth. I led the effort to create a brand-new creation platform across web, mobile web, and native iOS & Android apps. I helped rearchitect Shutterfly's native apps. I led the design effort to bring responsive web design, accessibility, and a reusable design system to the Shutterfly platform.

Led design for an early-stage start-up, helping launch their first product. Worked with developers, 3rd parties, and founders to design, define, and implement information architectures, patterns, style guides, wireframes, and mocks for both web and mobile products.

Created innovative designs for complex B2B tools, including the sales forecasting and territory management products. Developed prototypes and worked with researchers to test and iterate on design concepts. Led prototype development sessions and mentored junior designers.
